    • Wide variety of recipes – because this course is inspired by cuisines around the world, you’ll see the way we combine different ingredients & techniques, which will significantly expand  your knowledge of raw food.

    • Using fermenting as a replacement for cooking – Cooking has its benefits; it will change the taste and texture of a food, depending on the method you use – think frying vs steaming.  The cost of that can be a loss of certain types of nutrients.  We’re going to use fermentation as our ‘cooking’ which preserves the nutrition, whilst also adding new flavours.  There’s another benefit; fermentation adds helpful and friendly bacteria.

How long to I have to complete this course?

Your access to this course doesn’t expire. That means you can come back and watch the videos with unlimited access for as long as you want.

Do I need a dehydrator or any other special equipment for this course?

This course will use a dehydrator, yes.  If you don’t already have one, this is a great way, for a very small investment, to see what’s possible with a dehydrator.  There will also be a technique lesson on using an oven instead of a dehydrator, if you’re just getting started.

Will I receive anything in the mail?

No, this is an entirely online course, so there are no shipping charges to pay.

Why do you charge in US Dollars?

Although we’re a UK based business, we have customers in over 50 different countries. Not everyone from other countries recognise British pounds (£) but most people are familiar with US dollars ($) and how that equates to their own currency. Also, a large amount of our customers are based in the US.
